Picking up the car required waiting in line for a while as there was only one staff member. The staff recommended additional insurance, but since it only covered a limited area, I didn't accept it and just paid for a full tank of fuel. I was told I got a free upgrade to a Dodge Challenger (the staff said Charger in English), otherwise, it would have cost an additional 15 dollars per day. I was excited about the upgrade! Because this car isn't available in my home country, I wasn't too familiar with it. It turned out to be a great car, perhaps even a luxury car! I drove it smoothly for 12 days, covering over 3000 kilometers across the US and Canada. Returning the car was also smooth, with the bearded attendant giving me the all-clear in less than a minute.

Excellent - when they heard about our attempts to get a roof rack they allocated us a Toyota Sienna that had very good boot space. Only improvement suggestion was what fuel we should use - there a 3 grades of petrol used in Canada and a dilemma as to which one to use - nothing inside the fuel hatch of the vehicle.

Went well - only improvement would be to identify the vehicle earlier so that we did not need to fret so much about luggage space.

Like: Great cars, on time, no up selling and efficient staff!
Dislike: Well, they could smile a bit more. :)
