Nice and easy

The car was the right size and drove well. There was a large piece of chewing gum on the passenger side floor and this was not on the defects list. There was a floor mat on the drivers side that was not fitted and moved around and eventually showed a large hole in the sound insulation probably caused by a driver wearing high heels. It would have been better to have repaired the hole. It was not easy to find the drop off location at Gatwick. When we found it a pin code was needed to enter. We had not been given a pin code.

The qeeq site was easy to use. Europcar did not want to see the insurance papers you had provided. They did not want to see my international driving permit which is only a copy of my driving license. Altogether a good experience. Liverpool is not Chester.

No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.

Lovely car better than expected and allowed plenty of room for packing and comfort. Delay at collection was only due to increase customers collecting at the same time, but team members were polite and friendly

Easy navigation and good communication throughout

Europcar had only one agent who was tied up with two clients which caused me to have to wait 40 minutes before he could book me out - I took 5 minutes to process.

I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it. It costs extra 138GB.
