Europcar very good; Easyrentcars never again.

Overall, everything was satisfactory, but the car was not the A4 Avant I wanted to try, and it had some minor flaws, which was disappointing.

The car had damage on it that was not recorded correctly so be careful when collecting the car. As always, check the car yourself thoroughly...

Excellent as usual!

On non acceptance of upgrade and then offered a VW Polo which i was told was the same size!! I was asked to wait 2 minutes and then a miracle appeared a brand new VW Golf . Amazing or what!! Typical hire company rip off, the kind of experience which gets all hire car company's tarred with the same brush.

I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it. It costs extra 138GB.
