Lady at the counter told me that its not too big and she is driving it her self and it got back camera for parking which is necessity in LA and that mid size SUV is too small for 3 people. When I wanted different, smaller car they offered me mustang (literally the opposite of big car). Apparently I can wait until someone return car I booked and then I can take it. I canceled my booking and went to Dollar which is very well organized. Until today Im waiting for refund from budget.
The service was excellent this time. I forgot to leave the lock in the car while on my way to the airport. When I realized it, I handed it to the driver who took me to the airport. He said he could deliver it to the company for me. I really appreciated this great service.
