The Vauxhall I was provided was NOT EQUIVALENT to the Skoda Octavia I booked. The Blutooth dis not work (greyed out in the menu). The AIR-CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK (in the hottest two we3eks in England's history)!!!

“From Heathrow Airport to Edinburgh, then Scottish Highlands, and Return to Euston Station in London”

The pickup location was clear, we found it and got the car smoothly. However, the return location was not well explained as it was in the underground parking entrance of Euston Station. The store phone was unreachable, and there were no signs on the ground level. After searching for over an hour, we finally asked a local who directed us to the underground parking. The map and address provided by the rental company's customer service were inaccurate. It is recommended to have clear signage at the ground entrance or instructions indicating that the return location is in the underground parking.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
