In the beginning, the customer service staff kept saying that there was no available booked car and tried to ask me to upgrade. After negotiations for a while, I finally got another car in the same class as what I booked.
When I picked up the car, the tire pressures were something wrong. But luckily, the on-site staff helped me to fix it.
The car given was different from the one booked. A deposit of $254 was charged, and there was an additional unknown charge of $24, totaling over $278, which was not refunded. Online reviews are also bad. A scammy business. I hope there won't be any further cooperation.
The waiting time was terrible. After arriving at the airport at midnight, I had to wait 45 minutes for the Budget shuttle. When I got to Budget, I waited another 45 minutes in line, spent 10 minutes finding the car in the rain, and by the time I drove away, two hours had passed. I am so upset.
