So I paid additionally to you full insurance and pick up car. “Official” explanation was that they can not accept deposit using my debit card (1300 EUR). But when we agree to pay 137 for EasyRentCar insurance, they did it successful using the same just rejected VISA – now my card was OK for deposit payment. My wife has credit cart, but it was not accepted too. So please do help my get back my payment for dublicate insurance.
