Horrible , didn’t receive the car we paid for. Manager was rude . Never again

Car smelt of smoke, had a lot of dents and scratches. Had to pay £230 unexpectedly when the car was returned although there was no damage.

I was very frustrated because I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Media SUV because I wanted a strong 6 or 8-cylinder car. I was handed a Mitsubish Outlander 4-cylinder SUV without any power, in with a noise in the rear wheels that appeared to be damaged wheel bearing. Very disappointed.

Very good and easy platform.

We got an older Toyota Sienna instead of a Dodge Caravan. No power doors or key fob. Not in the best shape.

The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Yes, sure, I rented a 7 passenger vehicle but NO room for luggage? At least put this on your specs. I drove to the airport in a Toyota Highlander (2018) and rent a 4Runner with less cargo room? The car was nasty and had not been cleaned.
