Clean car, exceed expectations

Terrible car rental company! Overcharges and has hidden consumer frauds! Details as follows: 1. When picking up the car, they deceived us into thinking our package included a free tank of gas (the international voucher said it included gas), and told us to use it up before returning the car. When returning the car, I reminded the staff that my package included a free tank of gas, and they acknowledged. 2. We chose a package on QEEQ, but at the store, the contract included another so-called default package (which required an additional fee). This was unknown at the time of pickup. They took a deposit with a pre-authorized card charge, and deducted the cost after we returned the car (without notification since it was from the pre-authorization). 3. Why doesn't QEEQ's platform packages align with the rental company's contract? The contract should match what we chose on the platform. If I have to verify the contract against the package at pickup, what do I need the platform for? 4. QEEQ is really terrible. Their post-rental service is weak. I’ve used Ctrip Car Rental before and had a better experience. I can't believe the first time I used QEEQ, I got scammed! Will anyone want to use this platform again?

The process was very easy, but the cars they had for economy was not the greatest. The first car I got had 40K miles on it and no cruise control. I had to practically beg to get a car with cruise control, which was a Volkswagen Bug, which was fine but not a typical rental vehicle. I'd use them again, but would try to for a higher class car.

Easy peasy, particularly on the app! Great rewards program I hope to use more!
