Very nice people at Hertz agency. The only issue is that we had to clean the car before giving it back which is quite unusual.
The fuel gauge was not working properly as well which causes some issues when we give back the car.
We did a self-service car exchange and purchased QEEQ's full insurance. After returning, we handed the keys to the front desk, and everything was okay. Super convenient.

Service from Hertz in Lille centre was fine once we located the correct office. (see next field). Hertz staff gave us good advice which we heeded, e.g. GPS, auto Versus manual, choice of model. On return of car we forgot to mention to Hertz staff that we noticed one of the reversing lights wasn't working on the Peugout 2008 (FE108FX). I hope they will notice this on their vehicle safety check before
