The service was great and efficient.

I had a small scratch on back of the car. I pointed it out. They said it would only be a small amount. €723 is now the estimated cost of repair. Outrageous. I have excess insurance but will not be using Europcar again. Under no circumstances

very quick process and the car itself was fine however charged 155 euros more than we had been quoted and were told by counter staff that we had to pay or no car. Tried to sort out on return but very difficult to contact, repeated requests for the same information, time taken trying to resolve means it has cost even more. Would never use again

We had to pay 50 euros extra per day as they didn’t have snow chains. They only had Car with Winter tyres. Very disappointing.
