La voiture était parfaite concernant son état et ses options, cependant ce n'était pas un van comme demandé, mais un monoplace avec 7 places. Nous avons adapté les bagages en conséquence, mais il manquait un peu de coffre.
Upon arrival the gentleman at the rentals desk knew who I was and knew about my booking. There was no confusion and no hard sell of extra insurance. I was given a vehicle in the next category up because they didn't have the one I'd originally booked. There was no option of choosing a vehicle - I was given a Renault Trafic minibus, which was fairly new and in good condition however there was no stereo! Return of the vehicle was smooth (posted keys in letterbox) and I got an email later that afternoon confirming everything was ok. Would definitely use them again.
