The pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient, but the queue time was long. Although we had already purchased full insurance on the platform, they still charged us additional insurance fees on-site.

Although there was a short wait in line, the entire process was quick.

There were a lot of people picking up cars, so I had to queue for a long time, but the process was relatively simple and efficient. Returning the car was extremely convenient and took only about 5 minutes. A big thumbs up! I rented a big pickup truck, which was a bit expensive, but it was brand new with only 10 kilometers on it, and even the protective film on the handle was still there!

We booked a Ford focus or similar to fit two suitcase in. Budget tried to give us a Ford fiesta claiming it was the same thing and sell us an upgrade. They ended up giving us a Kia sol. When the bags didn't fit the persons handing over the car was very unhelpful and walked off after putting the seats down and throwing the bags in saying it was fine as there were only two of us. We went back into the office and and spoke to a different person who sorted us a car with a big enough boot to fit 2 bags in out of sight.
