I was promised a midsize car, altima or equivalent but given a carolla.
The car was dinged up a bit a had a musty smell. Also, the maintenance warning was on in the car and it was given to me with an 8th of a tank of gas.. The rental was cheap but so was the overall experience.
Like: I had booked 9 pm instead of 9 am. Agent was able to adjust my reservation to resolve the problem. Dislike: It was a great experience. There was nothing that I didn't like
Like: Was good transfer to airport Very nice people Dislike: I did not like the sunpass charge that we did not know we had to purchase. That was a rip off. I could have paid all my tolls for around 30.00 I went through. They scare you into taking it saying 50.00 if you go through a toll booth with the ones that you have to have a sunpass on your car.They should tell you all about that charge before you rent
