Great services, they change the car model to a better one due to unavailability. Clearly explained the services they provided as well as my responsibility.

I've used Europcar in the past and they've been great. Had no issues at all with them. The Staff were very helpful, even though they were very busy on the day of my collection. The vehicle was in good condition inside and out. Again no issues, would definitely use them again.
