The car was in good condition, and renting was convenient. You can switch cars yourself, which is quite considerate as it saves you from having to rush back to return the car. There are few automatic cars. I booked an automatic, but there were none available at the store, and waiting took a long time. I had no choice but to switch to a manual. Not sure if the price difference was adjusted.

The members of staff were very helpful, the upgrade was an added bonus. On drop off, the staff member was helpful regarding payment of the toll bridge in Liverpool. My only gripe is that we were told with the upgrade it included the additional driver but we have since been charged. I have emailed the company and am awaiting an answer...

Turned up to collect the car at the agreed time and was told straight and honestly that they didn't have any cars in to give me. They were honest and very apologetic about the whole thing i wasn't in a rush at all but i can not fault the staff at all they were honest with me i can not for more than that.

The drop off experience was abysmal. The location was closed for our planned drop off time and nobody communicated anything to us. There was no drop box available as the business park was locked. We then called customer service who was unhelpful and proceeded to put us on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up on me. We decided to take the car to Luton airport as it was the nearest open location. The young man at reception was helpful, but I was already fuming about the additional time and stress we had to go through to drop off the car.

Easy pick up and first class guy at the desk . Super helpful Drop off at Southend airport was made terrible and stressful with bad signage and direction.
