Je pensais louer une voiture 308 à boite automatique et finalement j'ai conduit une mercedes à boite automatique, j'étais vraiment très très ravie de cette surprise, le prix de la location étant rester le même. J'ai apprécié conduire cette voiture vraiment. Europcar m'a fourni plus qu'une location, une découverte vraiment. Pour une première location je suis ravie. Je regrette que les défauts de la voiture n'est pas tous été indiqués, de plus la voiture avait besoin d'entretien au niveau huile, ce qui ne m'a pas rassuré quand je conduisais dans les cols de montagne.

No cars available at the store and forced to upgrade by paying more! I had no choice but to accept. The replacement car was in poor condition and had low tire pressure, requiring daily inflation. They inexplicably charged me 194 euros when returning the car.

“overcharged”

very quick process and the car itself was fine however charged 155 euros more than we had been quoted and were told by counter staff that we had to pay or no car. Tried to sort out on return but very difficult to contact, repeated requests for the same information, time taken trying to resolve means it has cost even more. Would never use again
