We reserved a Jeep Wrangler (or similar) and we’re pleased to get the Jeep as requested. The staff at pick up and drop were quick and efficient. This is my second time renting from them and will definitely do it again. The price could not be beat!

“Excellent car, terrible pick up process”

I have mixed feelings about my experience renting a car through the website and location. Online it was not clear that the pick up location is offsite away from the airport. We took a shuttle to the pick up spot and there we experienced the worst pick up process ever. Even though the staff were courteous it was clear they were really understaffed and the process was very inefficient. We spent over two hours waiting to receive our car. However once we did receive our car we were very happy with the vehicle we received and we did not have any problems with it during our trip. Because of our long wait during the pick up, when we dropped the car off we didn’t even wait for the shuttle but chose to take an Uber back to the airport.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
