Like: The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. We got our rental car pretty quick. They did a video inspection before we left and when we got back.
Waited at the pickup point for over two hours but no car came. Called Right Car Rentals and no one answered. The car rental website also couldn't contact them. Eventually, we took a taxi to the rental location and found out there were three other groups in the same situation as us.
Like: Great value, excellent vehicle, excellent and knowledegable service staff. Dislike: There was a little confusion about returning the car, specifically as to how late RightCars would be open.
Like: This car was about half the price from some of the other car rental companies near LAX. Dislike: Trying to get to the car rental location was very difficult. The confirmation e-mail came from easycarrentals, but the name of the company was Right car rentals. There was no bus that came to the LAX car rental pick up for over 30 minutes. I called twice to find out what to do. Both times I was put on hold for over 15 min and eventually I hung up. I got on a bus that said EZ car rentals, but I found out after I was taken to that location that was not the correct bus. I had to walk from EZ to Right. Once I got there everything was fine, but getting there was very difficult.
