“First car had a large crack in windshield and back bumper was damaged. Scratches all over car.”

Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.

Car was great! Excellent condition. The only problem is I had a flight to catch at 6:45 and Routes did not open until 6am which I was not aware of. I assumed there would be a drop box and or instructions on what to do if you have an early flight. There was no drop box to leave the key and car. If this were available I would strongly recommend routes, otherwise if you have an early flight to catch you might want to look elsewhere. It was a great experience minus the drop off mishap.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

Terrible experience. Did not get the car I was promised. I waited 2 hours at the counter, 4 cars were returned but she will not give me. She demanded extra 28 dollars per day for the Nissan Rougue that was promised.
