I want to say this was the worst experience ever. Nippon deceives Chinese customers. I made a reservation to pick up the car at 12:30 PM. Following the instructions provided by the car rental agency, I arrived at the store at 12 PM. After explaining a series of pickup procedures, they told me my IDP was expired. I called the rental agency, and they said they would get back to me after verifying. By the time I canceled the order, it was too late, and they charged me a 3200 RMB cancellation fee. This is not international practice; Nippon is utterly shameless.
The staff is nice, location very easy to find out and office time is so good. We get the upsized that bigger than the booking type the so insurance quite expensive shold be reserved earlier.
