Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!
After multiple conversations, Routes told me they would give me the car I actually reserved. Even though they were polite, both times they did not call me back as they said they would. Couldn’t even complain at return time as the return experience was horrible and took almost an hour. The car they gave me was fine, but not the car I wanted.
Wasn't a Corrola but a equivalent KIA. That was frustrating.
It is 5 days now and they didn't reimburse the security deposit yet. Security deposit is also very high (500 CAD).
Took atleast 30 mins to get set up at the counter but it was a slow but generally smooth process. Lady behind the counter was nice
