Only one member of staff on during a busy time led to long queueing time and then when arrived, had run out of the vehicle type I'd paid for. Had the option of an electric car or a minivan.

Did not have a suv gave me a jeep instead which was ok , not very new model but worn very helpful lady on desk

Although I informed them I had my own sunpass for the tolls and this was confirmed as ok, they failed to mention that the E-Toll they now use is linked to the car and not a box affixed to window. On return home $30+ taken in toll charges which are duplicate to my sunpass charges. Budget are dealing with this and are refunding after sending proof of the payments I had made

Would be better if I could amend the booking to another car at anytime, sometimes see different car at lower price. Only was to go for this better offer is to rebook completely and cancel the original, on other car rental sites you can just amend and chose the new offer and the difference in price is automatically given

Not only did you not supply the car paid for we had to wait over 3hrs in line after a 9hr flight to the extent we had to hire a taxi to transport our children to our villa. We were then given 2 cars, luckily we had another person available to drive

The line of cutomers us very very long and there isn't number of emolyees to serve this long line of customers.

Everything is perfect except the copy of invoice that I have to upload it after finishing my trip in order to proof got the car.
