Overall all great but few minor hiccups

They are competent and have lots of car, but the shuttle service and process times need a huge lot of work. More than 2 hours to be picked up (despite booking the shuttle as per their instructions) and to get the car is just beyond ridiculous.

Overall good. They provide a simple introduction to available insurance options without pushing if you don't need them.

When driving at 30 kilometers, it showed insufficient urea. I had to buy urea myself and wasn't reimbursed. They also pushed us to buy their insurance, claiming Chinese insurance is all a scam. I wasted an extra hour in traffic buying urea to avoid potential issues when returning the car. When I got to the return location, they were off work, and there was no clear signage for returns, leading to a deduction of my entire deposit. To summarize, Ezu is a terrible rental car company. I strongly recommend never choosing this company, even if others are more expensive. I've never encountered such poor service in my life.

Waiting for the car at the airport was okay, but at the store, no one spoke Chinese, so everything was communicated in English, which was manageable. The car was quite old, so I asked them to mark the scratches, and they were very cooperative. However, the deposit was supposed to be refunded within a week, but it's been almost a month and still no updates.

Have used them before and will continue to use them.
