They are competent and have lots of car, but the shuttle service and process times need a huge lot of work. More than 2 hours to be picked up (despite booking the shuttle as per their instructions) and to get the car is just beyond ridiculous.
Pretty good, but there's one thing to note. Many cars have a sticker on the fuel cap that says unleaded 95 only, but if you check the car's manual in the glove box, it usually says that 90 or above is fine. So, you can use 91 and don't need to buy the expensive fuel.
The shuttle guys in both directions were great , they ran out of space so we had to wait for the next one but it was not long at all, it was a good system
