After collecting your luggage please call +61 3 6165 0838 and press option 1 to request the shuttle bus service to our near-airport location during the location's operating hours. From T1 (QANTAS): Cross one pedestrian crossing, turn right and walk until you reach the brown shelter that says "Hotel & off airport buses" and wait in the middle section. From T2 (INTERNATIONAL): There are two exits: lf you are coming out of T3 end, follow T3 instructions lf you come out ofT1 end, followT1 instructions. From T3 (VlRGlN): Cross one pedestrian crossing, turn left and walk past "Groups & charters" until you reach the brown shelter that says "Hotel & off airport buses" and wait in the middle section. From T4 (JETSTAR & REX): Turn left and walk down to T3 you need to cross one pedestrian crossing, turn left to walk past "Groups & charters" until you reach the brown shelter that says "Hotel & off airport buses" and wait in the middle section.

Drop-off Instructions

Drop-off from Melbourne Location: Please return the vehicle to our off-site depot located at 3 Annandale Road Tullamarine and we will shuttle you back to the airport terminal, this service does not need to be booked, but is only available within business hours and 20 minutes prior to closing. Please allow enough time to wait for the shuttle to arrive (approximately 20 min).

Do not recommend as we booked and paid for our car for after hour pick up and we ended up having no car, no one to call and the lovely shuttle bus driver who was also incharge of the hotline after hours us to get an Uber home and come back the next day. He was also unable to reach bargain car rental. Vehicle condition is bad, with dents and scratches everywhere and dirty interior, check in staff was rude and refuse to solve any problems, email communications and instructions were not clear on timing which caused a lot of inconvenience and money at the end

Pretty good, but there's one thing to note. Many cars have a sticker on the fuel cap that says unleaded 95 only, but if you check the car's manual in the glove box, it usually says that 90 or above is fine. So, you can use 91 and don't need to buy the expensive fuel.

The receptionist at the counter was very enthusiastic and friendly. Reminder: The receptionist informed us that we could return the car without refueling, as they would refuel the vehicle at a lower cost. However, when we returned the car, the staff at the return desk mentioned that refueling at their location would be expensive (around 3 to 4 dollars per liter) and recommended refueling the car ourselves before returning it. To avoid any issues, we went to a nearby Apollo station to refuel the car.

If you speak English, this car rental company is quite convenient. The service attitude is great. We rented cars twice and purchased full insurance both times. Returning the car was very easy—you just hand over the keys and can head straight to the airport. The deposit is refunded to your account in about three days. During our first rental, we got a brand-new Nissan that had only driven 1,600 kilometers. The second time, we were given a very old car with nearly 70,000 kilometers on it. However, the car was still fairly well-maintained, though it had numerous scratches. Fortunately, we purchased full insurance, so it wasn't an issue that they provided such a car. It was fine for driving in the city center, and there were no problems on the highway either. Highway tolls were charged through the credit card and were processed within approximately three days. Additionally, airport pickup is available, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.
