The counter staff at pick up and drop off were amazing. The que took about 45 minutes as there were alot of people wanting to pick up their vehicles. The team at Dollar worked as efficiently as they could to get us through quickly, they were super friendly and helpfulm

Reliable and honest site, would absolutely use them again. I could see pricing from multiple companies hiring out cars and could choose accordingly to budget and requirement.
The service was good except for the long wait in the queue. The car was of good size and performed well during the 18 days we had it except for an annoying rattle from the left hand side. Drop off was easy.

Counter staff tried so hard to sell me extra insurance liability. He said that easyrentcars.com liability protection does not work and they did not see it in the system.
