Disappointed we didn't get a rave 4 as the booked said

I booked a Volkswagen Tiguan but received a plug-in hybrid Suzuki Across. The car had only 2000 miles on it and was quite new. The space was decent, but the small battery made it impractical for charging at public stations, so I had to drive it on fuel only, which was noisy but seemed fuel-efficient. Unfortunately, despite confirming with the staff at return that there were no overtime charges, the fuel tank was full, and the car was undamaged, I was inexplicably charged £20. I also did not receive a final invoice explaining the charges. It has been three working days since the platform sent an inquiry, and I have yet to receive a response. During pickup, there were 4-5 upsell attempts, but the staff awkwardly explained that they had to ask the customers due to system prompts, which I understood. I despise Europcar's system for this.

Our flight was delayed by a day so our original car wasn’t available and we were told only an upgrade was available costing $$$ over the original quote. Very disappointing as I rang QEEQ prior and was advised the same or smaller car would be available It cost me $700 extra over the original booking for 4 days hire !!!

We got stung by Europcar as booked car not available despite advice received from QEEQ rep it would be. We missed a day booking due to cancelled flights but no credit provided

We received an unexpected upgrade

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

Very satisfied with services.
