I still have the car, decided to have it for few more days.

Car was a Kia cerato - not a great car but was in a clean condition. Windscreen wipers weren’t great in the rain. Otherwise, everything was great including service.

Great. Price drop protector is good. I don’t think we benefited this time but we have done before.

Excellent service overall. Very happy from the pickup right through to the drop off. They cared for my safety and upgraded my vehicle due to a fault. AAA+++

The first car offered was a larger one than we booked- we asked to change to the car we booked (Toyota Corolla hatch). A Hyundai 30 was offered, which we accepted. However there were some technical problems with the car and the service officer had to find another one. 3 cars and more than 1 hour from arriving at the pick up point. The customer service was fine, it appears there may be a quality assurance problem. The drop off went extremely well. All customer service staff were very polite and helpful.

The online quote for the vehicle was just over $450 and we were charged almost double. A complete rip off. The cars battery failed and we need to have it boosted. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced.
