My family and I were much satisfied and happy about the vehicle and the efficient staff service

There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

Auto pickup was very convenient, but the return time was quite long. It could be because it was night and only one counter was open.

This is a great car rental company. I'll keep using Alamo on my next trip to the US this year. (^_^)
