About GREEN MOTION:8.4/10
Like: I stayed at westgate resort and had a great. Lots of developments. The water park was perfect and fun parks within 20 minutes drive. Dislike: Need more service staff. The waiting was too long at pick up. After my delayed flight it was too tiring to wait hm30 mins for pick up.
The car that was given had expired tags. An officer noticed this while I was in Starbucks parking lot and was nice by letting me go without a ticket since it was a rental.

A) Difficult to find pick up location.
b) Slow shuttle
c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there.
d) Car had dents and chipped windshield.
e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all.
f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled.

They scare you into taking it saying 50.00 if you go through a toll booth with the ones that you have to have a sunpass on your car.They should tell you all about that charge before you rent
