Pick up vehicle took an hour due to miscommunication of pick up point Car had qtr tank so had to refuel within 10 mins

In general, the car exceeded my expectations (I received Mercedes instead of VW) and almost everything was great. The only two negative moments: long time waiting at puck-up (only two-three persons were at the counter, while there were about ten customers), and refusal of the company to accept debit cards.

I don't see a point why there is a deposit of 1200 GBP on a Fiat 500.

They gave me a car with a lot of damage to one side even though they have plenty of other cars. We missed one bus because it took a while finding out which bus stop at the airport they do the pick ups from. This SHOULD be in the email

Picked up the car after the first staff member couldn’t comprehend the paperwork. Car upgrade - appreciated. Both car headlights were defective and dangerous. Had to call RAC to put bulbs back into holders. Told staff on checkin & didn’t really seem interested. I would hire again but make sure there was a proper inspection before I drove away. Didn’t do the inspection this time because staff said I was covered for any damage.

Overall - satisfied.

Heathrow branch need improvement on serving customer due to long waiting time when pick up the car most of the time.

Good value for money except that staff are eager to ask upgraded on booked car and insurance. Dont forget to retain good photo records and detailed check on car before taking it.

Disorganized in the front office, took over 2 hours to get the car. Front office is within a paid parking zone, drop off without paying fee is only 15 minutes. Strongly advise payment of parking fees if you are being driven to pick up the car. Car handover person after sign up was rude.

Service too slow Sent a walk to back of an unlit car park. Try to sell upgrade car, satnav, extra miles cdw insurance. If I had wanted them I would have booked them!! Petrol was on the red.

Everything was easy and quick from word go

Paid for a VW Golf, given a smaller tin can Honda Jazz and told it is the same category. Forced to pay a lot more for an upgrade to a Peugeot 3008 (Nice car though) They do not have any VW Golfs at the Edgware Road site. They do not take American Express You need a Visa/Mastercard Credit Card with a £1,500 cleared limit. They said they will take upto 4 weeks to release your Credit Card!

it took awhile when pick-up a car due to manual filling the form. but with the helpful staffs , i have nothing to complaint.

There was a queue for over two hours and the staff were taking a minimum of 30 minutes per person. Most customers had not been informed what paperwork was required - Although we had everything needed

I felt that Green Motion used a VERY slow collection process to 'intimidate' customers into taking comprehensive insurance. The 'information' video went on and on and on about how long it would take to find and note every mark on the car before you drove off on it - with the implicit message being that if you didn't do this you would definitely be charged for all marks on return of the vehicle. In addition to this, if you didn't take comprehensive insurance, the deposit taken from your credit card was massively more.

Hard to find bus to go to rental place, would of been nice to be told it was a hotel hoppa bus we needed.

The staff at drop-off were very friendly and even offered to take the van from me at the parking lot if I didn’t feel comfortable parking it myself. Before and at check-in, there was another member of staff who wasn’t very well informed about where I could leave my car while parking the van and gave me the wrong price chargeable for it (even though it is the staff at the rental company themselves that charge that money for parking). They could have recommended the train station as a good parking location since it is a short walk on foot to the hotel (a shortcut that google maps did not offer).

The pick up location is a little out the way.
