Excellent service!

I requested auto and had a call on the day saying it wouldn’t be available due to an accident. I was offered a free upgrade to a manual or a manual of the same level. I took the same level stating I would need a discount due to the premium paid for an auto. This was provided and a good deal was had in the end

They provided a brand new car with less than 10 kilometers on it. The staff were also quite nice. However, there was a misunderstanding about fees. We were told that there would be a 60 euro cross-border fee for driving to the Czech Republic, but when returning the car, an additional 30 euro license fee appeared out of nowhere. With limited English, we couldn't argue and ended up paying it. We also got a 24 euro fine for illegal parking. We originally wanted the rental company to pay it on our behalf, but they charged a 30 euro handling fee, which was too expensive. They suggested we transfer the amount directly to the Austrian police account after returning home, but we're still figuring out how to do this!

Overall service was good, and responses to issues were prompt.

The pick-up location is too far from the airport, making it inconvenient for round trips.

I was disappointed, I was renting an Opel Astra, but they gave me a very weak, smaller Opel Meriva. Small and weak motor, no Bluetooth, no USB port, no parking assistance, zero convenience functionalities other car rentals provide by default these days. Do they even make cars like this in 2019?

The car came with some damage and without an international car insurance despite that Border Crossing permit was added to the charges. Almost ruined our vacation as we were stopped at the border with the fear of not passing. The customer service first lied to the border officer to avoid issuing the insurance then when pressured by the border officer with repossessing the car by the police the insurance papers were finally issued.

There were problems with their computer software so it too over 30 minutes to complete the paperwork when picking up the car. They would not accept Euros nor a card to pay for a parking ticket and as a result I was unable to pay for it within the specified period on the ticket. It didn't make any sense that they wouldn't take my forms of payment and now my fine has increased as a result.

The rental company staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Since QEEQ provided us with the wrong address, they immediately drove to the new location to pick us up, saving us a lot of travel time.
