Easy pick-up and drop-off, good car condition, reasonable price

The service personnel kept trying to sell me extras and their English was terrible. I had to confirm multiple times, and they were very impatient.

It was okay, but the car I rented was not a "Grand Cherokee", it was just a regular SUV. This is quite misleading on the rental company's part, so I give a basic satisfaction rating.

The service attitude was quite poor; every staff member acted like we owed them money and did everything they could to make us spend more.

Using a self-service machine to print the pick-up slip is convenient and fast with no queues.

We returned the car late at night and paid the deposit in cash. They didn't return the cash deposit then and asked us to pick it up the next day. However, when we went to get it, $20.0 was missing. Due to the language barrier, we couldn't figure out why and didn't have time to ask.

The rental company added about $140 in taxes at the counter. On the day of rental, there were many customers, and the company tried to substitute a small SUV for the mid-size SUV I had booked.

Long queues, always pushing insurance, GPS, fuel at $5.55 per gallon, etc.! Overall, wasted too much time! The booking confirmation is useless! When I arrived, the booked Nissan was unavailable. On the rental website, a Corolla (similar to the domestic Leiling) was considered equivalent. Since there were no cars left, they said I had to take a Chevy, which was smaller! They said I had to wait or choose the Corolla. Although no extra charge was supposed to apply, I was charged an additional $111.65 for eight days! Complaints were ineffective! They claimed the two car models had different rental rates...
