The procedures are simple and very convenient, but the car's engine displacement is too small.

The car model I reserved was not available, so I got a free upgrade. Very nice!

They upgraded us to a seven-seater Buick Envision for free, thankfully the larger car made for a much smoother drive on numerous roads.

Like: We picked up the car quickly, it was practically brand new and drove well. Drop off was simple and easy.

Self-service with a Chinese version available. It was 2 AM and there were few staff and limited vehicle choices.

I didn't know the store added an 'Enhanced Protection (EP) Fee.' The contract needs to be signed to pick up the car, but it's not the insurance I wanted. I bought all the necessary insurance already and showed him my order. I only wanted to pay $497.6, but he said the prepayment was collected by you, and the $675.87 was charged by the store. Due to time constraints, we hurried to pick up and return the car, paid the fee first, and decided to address it later. Also, 497.6 + 4.48 + 163.66 does not equal 675.87! It equals 665.74, thank you!

The front desk pushed for insurance and car upgrades.
