Very satisfied. The car inspection environment allowed both parties to communicate effectively, take photos, and record videos for evidence, which was useful when returning the car.
The car was too old and the next morning when we were about to set off for a self-drive trip, it wouldn't start. We notified the staff and were told someone would come by 4 PM. After they fixed the problem, we had to drive the car to a garage for a battery replacement. By the time everything was done, it was nighttime and we had to cancel our plans for the day. The store also said they wouldn't charge for that day's rental but in the end, they didn't refund us.
Excellent, the car only had 18,000 kilometers, it was in good condition and clean. The pick-up process was really quick, and so was the return. Only needed about 10 minutes.
