They intentionally claimed that my credit cards couldn't be used. After telling me multiple times that none of my credit cards were usable, they suddenly said it was okay but increased the booking price from over $600 to over $4000. When questioned, the staff member disappeared, and after repeated negotiations, another person finally voided the transaction, but still raised the price by over $100 without any explanation. They didn't even bother to look at the printed booking order. Very bad service! The large transactions on multiple credit cards led my bank to suspect fraud, causing significant inconvenience. This car rental company has no integrity!

After placing an order on QEEQ, walk to the left after exiting the airport to find the Avis shuttle bus. The driver drives smoothly and is very polite, even helping with the luggage upon arrival.

Not bad. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental car company. Just a short wait, and it goes directly there. The staff were very friendly and everything was orderly. The only issue was that there were quite a few people in line. We had to wait for almost half an hour to get our turn.

At Los Angeles Airport, I was inexplicably charged an additional $30 for roadside assistance despite clearly requesting no additional services. They also did not specifically inform me about this charge. I mentioned that I might return the car two hours later than scheduled, and the staff assured me that extending the return time to 4 PM would be fine with no extra cost. However, when I returned the car near San Francisco, I was charged over $40 extra for returning late. I called AVIS to inquire, but they said there was nothing they could do since I had signed without reading the details. Originally, the rental cost was around $80, but I ended up being charged over $70 more, almost doubling the price. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt deliberately deceptive. This is not my first time renting from AVIS, but the experience was so poor that it merits a very negative review.

They added costs arbitrarily and were deceitful in communication. When I booked at the location, the total order was over $215, but upon picking up the car, the staff added over $117 in extra charges without permission. We noticed the discrepancy when picking up the car and raised objections. The staff, seeing that we were Chinese and not fluent in English, deceived us by saying the additional charge was a deposit and wouldn't need to be paid if the service wasn't used. We had our friend in the US call them, and they also confirmed it was just a deposit and there was nothing to worry about. However, when we returned the car, the bill showed a total of $333, including the $117 charge. After asking our American friend to check the pickup order, they explained that an additional $55 and $60 were possible extra charges. We verified with the rental company, who indicated that they had added road assistance and other services at the time of pickup, totaling over $117. The rental company stated they would help us file a complaint but couldn't guarantee success. This was very frustrating, and I recommend not choosing this company.

I was very satisfied to get the reserved model. Returning the car at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas was easy; just drove to the parking lot on the 10th floor and dropped the keys in the drop box near the elevator.

The distance from Los Angeles airport to the rental company is not far, but the line was too long and there were too few staff. We spent two hours just waiting in line. After getting the car, it had issues, and we had to return it to get a replacement. Altogether, it took three hours. It was exhausting and caused us to find accommodation only in the early morning!

Too many people picking up cars and the staff were inefficient, waited for two hours which was really frustrating. Returning the car was very easy, a small scratch on the car didn't cause any issues. The car was in great condition and very new. Overall, very satisfied.
