Good rental company.

Except for the store being a bit far, the other services were really great. The staff almost all spoke Chinese and gave us many things, like waterproof phone bags. Their attitude was also very courteous.

The staff are enthusiastic, the procedures are simple, the car condition is excellent, and everyone is very satisfied with this rental experience.

The service attitude is superb. I lost my sunglasses in a restaurant in downtown Bangkok, and by the time I noticed, we were already in another city. I called them at 9 PM, and they happily agreed to help me retrieve my sunglasses without any charges. Very impressive! The staff were two young Thai girls with lovely smiles.

You can definitely choose Yesaway in Phuket, Thailand. The staff are polite and patient. The car delivery and return service to and from the hotel are excellent. It's absolutely reliable for the first self-driving trip!

Excellent car rental experience, great service. I bought full coverage and the car was scratched by someone else with a key. When I returned the car, there were no issues at all. The service was fantastic. The car was almost brand new with only 3000 kilometers on it, and it even had leather seats. Highly recommended.
