Communication was not very smooth. Basically OK, but the wait time was indeed a bit long, possibly because they needed to clean the car. However, they should have prepared it in advance! The reservation indicated a Honda Pilot or similar model, but we actually got a Honda BRV, which is two levels lower.
Picking up the car went smoothly. The car was very new and any scratches were noted during the inspection. However, when returning the car, I called ahead to ask about the type of gasoline to use and mentioned that I might return it around 11 AM, but hadn't confirmed the time. In the evening, I was delayed finding a gas station near the airport, and the rental company kept calling to hurry me up. They eventually said if I wasn't back within half an hour, they wouldn't wait, which made me furious. They told me when picking up the car that a call 10 minutes ahead would be enough, but then they said they weren't open 24 hours. This made me very anxious. I drove over 100 mph back to the airport once I found the gas station, only to find out they were indeed working. I think the staff member just didn't want to wait and wanted to go to sleep, which really upset me!
