The car was bad many scratches on the outer of the car. And there are many ants inside the car. Is irritating when you driving and having remove the ants crawling around u. Very bad experiences this time round with Chic Car rent. Disappointed!!!!

The counter is very difficult to get to. From the Int'l terminal you have to walk to the domestic terminal. When you get there you have to go through the usual baggage scanning procedure to get in, you then need to walk to secure area exit door (the counter is in the domestic terminal air side area) the guard will then check your car reservation details and let you use the airport staff entrance which means even though its only 20-30 meters from the first scan you need go through the whole scanning exercise yet again (my tip is that if you are travelling with others you get one of them to wait outside the terminal with all your baggage). Once you gone through all that hassle its then clear sailing to get the car.

The car's front license plate and mudguard fell off for no apparent reason after heavy rain on the second day. Unbelievable! The car might have been old and damaged. They insist on charging us 2500–3000 THB for compensation!

The service is good. The lady at the counter provides the information needed and also some recommended place to go .

When we collected the car at Bangkok Airport it was tightly parked between 2 other cars and the light was very poor...as a result a few of the existing little dings and scratches were not noticed and so not noted on the hire inspection report. I was relieved that none of these missed points became an issue at the offhire...although I did have my own hire pics which would have helped incase of a dispute.so all in all very fair and most importantly not opportunistic.

Was not informed to top up full petrol during car collection. Was asked to pay in cash for less than “ full “ petrol ..

location convenience at the airport. surprise the car is very new. made of 2019, good car, but had to pay 900 baht for an extra driver, no good.

Book Toyota yaris Then got​ nissan almera. It's​ fair but​ almera​ 1.2 quite​ hard to​ drive on​ high​ slope road

I booked in start at the opening time, don't found any staff in the counter, they should be arrive before opening time. However, staff stand in there on time.

Counters were inside the domestic terminal arrival hall. We arrived from the international terminal, had to drag our luggage to the next terminal, and because airport security didn't allow us in through the domestic arrival entrance, had to then go up to the departure entrance, pass airport security scanning, take the lift down to the arrival hall. This was really inconvenient. On returning the car, it was another round of walking all the way to the international departure hall.

I got Nissan almera not Yaris.

1. No ones standby for the customer at the car park 2. when i got the car So terrible inside / there were Full of stain From Beer or the other liquid was dry already that sticky and bad smell all in the car .. so i have to clean-up all 5 back seat by myself before let's my family Sat 3. when i want to drop-off the car i call to let them know before I arrival to the airport about 10 mins no ones wating me so i have to wait the staff... ******it's the first time For bad experience with chic car rent cause i always chose this brand everytime that i had travel / may be next time I would find other brand for Standard service. thank for the extremly bad experince.
