Like: Great to be picked up and dropped at airport, although there was some confusion over meeting place which cost 20 minutes. Nice to have upgrade to Rav 4, thanks...

Best price, quick process, no nonsense

Had to wait for 60 min to get the car , nobody answered the call and nobody came for the airport pick up , i had to find the location and walk there.

They didn't inform us that we had to park in a designated lot when returning the car. No vehicle inspection was done upon return. Two days after returning home, we received a huge fine because they couldn't find the car! It was clearly their mistake, but they made the customer pay for it!

I followed the instruction about pick up. I sent text and sent a message by live chat when I arrived the airport but never had reply until I phoned the company. It took more than half an hour to come and pick me up. I've lost the time!!

Easy booking process and friendly service. Definitely recommended.

Like: I loved how easy it was, that the car was in great condition, was zippy and economical. Especially loved the price. The staff member was extremely nice and friendly, and helpful.
Dislike: The only snag was that the location didn't show up on GoogleMaps but the staff member gave me a workaround as soon as she could.

The car pickup process was relatively simple and unlike car rentals in Croatia, they didn’t use deceptive practices to sell insurance.

Our car was vandalized with a nail in the tire, and we needed roadside assistance. Due to language barriers, we asked the rental company to call for us, but they informed us that we must call ourselves. Our rental period was not over yet, and if we returned the car early for repair, they had no spare vehicles. If we needed a car, we would have to rent another one. A Chinese employee was quite impatient and unhelpful.

The pickup process was convenient, but unfortunately, they didn't provide the Highlander we had reserved.

Only one employee was responsible for shuttle and car pickup, so it wasn't as efficient as other companies. The reserved car was not available, so they changed the model at the last minute. But they gave us a free tank of fuel, which was a nice bonus.

I specifically contacted QEEQ prior due to luggage space concerns and requested a Highlander, but we ended up with a Santa Fe. Although we managed to fit everything in the end, it was still somewhat disappointing.
