The car was very new, with less than 1800 kilometers on it. It was easy to drive, but it would have been even better with a backup radar.

Pickup was very convenient, and the vehicle was quite new. However, the hard sell on additional insurance was unpleasant.

Staff kindly reminded me that I didn't need to refill the tank before returning the car. Although I didn't use much fuel, it still felt considerate.

The vehicle model was upgraded, which was good. However, the persistent insurance upselling was not appreciated.

Good service. They were patient and explained things clearly when I needed consultation. Picking up the car was convenient since all the rental companies are located in a dedicated area at the airport. Excellent!

I originally booked a Mazda, but they gave me a Sonata. Due to the language barrier, communication was impossible. When picking up the car, neither party inspected the car in person. When returning the car, I simply parked it in the garage and left; the staff did not inspect or confirm in person either.

The staff added various insurances for 500 CAD without asking me, and also charged 128 CAD for a full tank of gas, totaling over 620 CAD. Due to the rush and language barrier during pickup, I didn't notice this problem until I returned to the hotel. I immediately went back to the airport counter to negotiate and managed to cancel the additional insurance. The fuel cost was also adjusted to 100 CAD. I’ve experienced the hidden rules of the rental company.
