The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested that we switch our original booking of a Mitsubishi 7-seater SUV to a Toyota. Indeed, the road conditions from Brisbane to Gold Coast and around the Gold Coast are very good, so there's no need for an SUV. The Toyota was almost brand new and the baby seat was also new, and the rental price was 25% cheaper.

After arriving at Brisbane Airport, call the rental company. Following their instructions, walk to A1 near the BUS stop. About 10 minutes later, a SHUTTLE will pick you up and take you to the branch to get your car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we picked up the car in the evening, we didn't notice a dent on it. When returning the car, the staff pointed it out to us. We told them it wasn't caused by us and we hadn't noticed it because it was late when we picked up the car. They checked the previous records and told us it was fine. They also reminded us to be more careful when picking up a car next time. Great service!

The car was in good condition and fuel-efficient. The only inconvenience is that you can't pick up the car at the airport; you need to get picked up by their shuttle, which is why their rental prices are cheaper. The staff was very responsible, but it took about an hour to fill out forms and inspect the car during the first pickup, which in retrospect seemed unnecessary. Returning the car was very convenient; the staff just walked around the car and it was done. Perhaps we were overly cautious.

The signage at the airport for picking up rental car customers is not very obvious.

The company's receptionist and driver were very nice and even taught me how to use the in-car GPS.
