The car was good and the service was excellent. The only downside is that it is not located within Brisbane Airport; you need to take a taxi there, but it’s not far.
Excellent service. There is a free shuttle from the terminal, which takes about ten minutes. Picking up the car outside the airport not only saves money but also avoids the complex traffic within the airport area. Staff attitude is great, and both the pickup and dropoff process are quick. Highly recommend.
The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested that we switch our original booking of a Mitsubishi 7-seater SUV to a Toyota. Indeed, the road conditions from Brisbane to Gold Coast and around the Gold Coast are very good, so there's no need for an SUV. The Toyota was almost brand new and the baby seat was also new, and the rental price was 25% cheaper.
After arriving at Brisbane Airport, call the rental company. Following their instructions, walk to A1 near the BUS stop. About 10 minutes later, a SHUTTLE will pick you up and take you to the branch to get your car.
The car was in great condition and the service was good. Self-service return was very convenient. Picked up the car from Brisbane Airport, but the pickup location was not within the airport. There was a free shuttle bus, but the order didn’t specify the shuttle bus location. It took some effort to figure it out; hopefully, this will be marked in the future.
The cars are relatively new, the procedures are simple, and the prices are very affordable. Although they don't have a branch at the airport, they offer free shuttle service, so it's not really inconvenient.
The service is quite standardized, but it's important to carefully listen to the staff's explanation. They might upgrade your vehicle, and I agreed without fully understanding, but it turned out to be worth it. I got a Camry instead of a Corolla for just a little over 200 per day.
The supplier's service attitude is very good. After coming out of Brisbane Airport, go down at the gap in the middle of the overpass near the international terminal, and call for pickup at the red A1 sign. It is convenient at the Gold Coast, there is a gas station nearby. Also, remember that Brisbane has toll highways that you need to pay for online.
