There was a scratch that was already there when I picked up the car, but they insisted it was new when I returned it. I had a flight to catch so I didn't argue and paid 300 yuan. Additionally, the paperwork was supposed to be done right after getting our luggage and before leaving the airport. We couldn't find the place and had to ask the airport security to let us back in to complete the procedures.

The service is very good. The only thing to note is that there was no one at the office in the airport arrival hall. We had to go to the parking lot to find the service point. Also, the car model was different, but it didn't matter since the capacity was the same.

Honestly, the service was quite good, but there were many scratches on the car body, the ride was uncomfortable, and it couldn't speed up. Moreover, the accelerator needed to be pressed quite hard. I was fairly satisfied with the staff who handled the reception and return of the car.
