Excellent service, no pushy insurance sales. After exiting the security gate, proceed straight towards the main airport terminal, you'll find the rental counter on the right-hand corridor. There's a service desk in the parking lot with staff ready to assist with vehicle inspection. The signage in the parking lot is clear, and returning the car to T1 is straightforward by following the car rental signs to Europcar. Vehicle inspection was quick and efficient. This is the best car rental experience I’ve had in years, five stars.

The store staff were rude and arrogant.

Car was in a different terminal than where I landed....Europcar was kind enough to bring it to where I was. Though the car was in a usable but damaged condition at various places. They were kind enough to note the same on the contract but I expected to get a car in good condition.

It's relatively expensive...but otherwise smooth.

Booked a month in advance and paid for an Audi A4 (luxury car). Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no cars available and was given an Opel (mid-range car) instead. After the car window was damaged, they only replaced it with a very small JEEP. Very dissatisfied with the service. This company offers very low value for money.

The supplier forced me to change the car model, claiming they didn't have the one I originally booked. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, they still forced the change as I urgently needed a car. Additionally, although I had already paid for various insurances online, the foreign store ignored them and charged me again. Their attitude was extremely bad.

We were a bit late and asked if we'd be charged for an extra day. They didn't answer but silently charged us 42 euros. If they charge for an extra day, I wouldn't have returned the car that day.

Wonderful customer service, it was more than it was expected.

The staff at the counter were very helpful. The car we originally booked had an issue during the prior rental and was not available. But, the staff offered multiple options, including an upgrade at the same price, to help resolve. Once that was done, the check-in process was very quick.

They forced an additional insurance purchase and didn't recognize QEEQ platform's insurance, making communication very difficult.

Consistent model, no need to wait in line

All they cared about was us upgrading the car for more money. When we said no, they immediately changed their attitude and became very dismissive.

Bad website to rent a car

Good service attitude, explanations were very clear. There were product promotions during the process, but they stopped once we said we didn't need them.

We picked up the car in the city and rented a BMW X1. Within just half an hour, we saw two BMW X1s being rented out. Not many people were there, and the service was very friendly. They explained the rental process in detail, very convenient, and they didn't push insurance sales. (But at least you need to understand some English for better communication)

The staff was friendly and the procedures were simple.
