I can understand not having the SUV I reserved and agreed to a replacement, but don't substitute it with a regular sedan. Return process is inconvenient

Long waiting time in line

Since I live in Europe, I chose one of the biggest rental brands in Europe... But OMG, the LAX pickup location is shared with Advantage... We waited forever at the airport and didn't see a Europcar shuttle... Only after asking at the information desk did we find out we needed the Advantage shuttle... Their shuttles come less frequently than those of other companies... We waited outside the airport for 20-30 minutes... When we finally arrived, the place was packed... We queued for about an hour... Initially chose a Jeep Grand Cherokee, thinking it was big enough... But got a small Mitsubishi SUV instead... Had to pay extra to upgrade to a Toyota 4Runner... Bigger car, not available in China... And that's it...

Language barrier, no Chinese service. The rental company only asked if I needed basic or full insurance. When I chose basic insurance, they added two mandatory insurances: PAI/PEC INSURANCE and RSP. I still don't know what RSP is! I originally booked a RAV4, but they gave me a Toyota Sequoia at the store. It was okay, just too big and fuel-consuming.

A $500 fee for returning the car at a different location was reduced to $200 after negotiation. The contract mentioned returning the car at a different location but didn't state any fees.

Dislike: When I collected my car,I was given a yellow slip and was not told to check on condition of my car and I drive off. When I return car,service staff told me scratches at bumper n it was not stated on the yellow slip. I explained that the sales staff did not mention to me that slip was for checking purpose and he did not tick or circle that bumper scratches portion and ask me to drive off. However ,ur staff told me it was ok and you will check and make refund for my deposit 5 days after I return car. Till now I havent receive my deposit. Hope I will receive by next week.Thank you.
