Like: Car was clean and tidy Dislike: When collecting car no one showed me the controls of the car just got handed the keys and told to go to a number where car was parked
Like: Great value, nice vehicles and friendly staff! Dislike: Slightly different vehicle than rented, although most might say an upgrade. I just didn't know about it until going to parking lot to get vehicle.
Dislike: Even though the car was only about a year old it had quite a lot of dents and scratches but the car was reliable and it drove well and I cant complain about the super low price.
Like: Good to deal with, very helpful, got better car than had booked, good location was in airport Dislike: Had a little longer wait time than would of liked
But wasn’t drastic
The staff were very impatient, possibly because we arrived early in the morning. The person who attended to us had no patience at all. I asked where to pick up the car, and he quickly mumbled a few words without giving any map or clear instructions. He left even before we turned around to leave. It took us almost 40 minutes from the counter to find the car, walking a long distance with our luggage! Terrible experience!
I strongly advise against renting from this company. One word, greedy! They charged me an extra $150 without any prior notification, claiming it was for toll fees. One word, greedy!
Like: Pre booked in advance at good prices. Easy to find and collect the car. Although the car had a few minor knocks and scrapes it was still excellent value for money. Dislike: Would have been good to have been shown a bit of vehicle navigation to know where everything was. We Arrived late at night after travelling 24 hours.
