The arrangements were quite orderly.

Like: The car was brand new with only 7 miles on the clock and was exactly what we had ordered. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole process was very efficiently organised.
Dislike: Nothing to dislike!

Like: This vehicle has great response, there was no situation that make me feel worried or disappointed.

Deliberately concealing the truth, deceiving customers, secretly charging extra fees, and forcing the sale of additional insurance

Like: Quality/Price Efficient service
Dislike: nothing

The attitude was bad. The insurance I bought showed up differently or not at all on her computer, and I was demanded to buy more or bear the consequences. I had to sign the same form three times.

Like: I really like everything in this rental car experience, the price of the vehicle, the amability ot the staff, the condition of the vehicle looks brand new. Love it !

Like: car ran well,
Dislike: the "lighter" receptacles were not functioning so could not use gps

Like: The car received was better than I had ordered, was no hassle to sort and find and simple to drop off. We had no issues with the car and it more than met our expectations at an excellent price

Like: Got to airport and went to counter.had to wait for people who hadn't pre booked to be served.got served quickly and efficiently with no problems , then off to collect the car.car was not the model I was expecting but was nearly new and better than the model I'd ordered.have travelled a lot to different places in Florida and quite happily say this was a great deal /price for the car I ordered and I would certainly use this company again in future holidays..i was very impressed with the company and service.
Dislike: Having to wait over half an hour when I had pre booked my car 2 months earlier.(had just got off an 8 hour flight with 3 kids in tow!!

Like: Not huge queues at the desk and great price.

Like: In the parking garage, there was no wait and we were able to get the keys immediately and start our vacation!
Dislike: The wait to pick up the car in the terminal was long. The person waiting on us, was also on her cell phone, while serving us. The car had lots of small dings and scratches where it had hit things and the paint had chipped off. On the form the attendant gave us in the parking garage, none of these were checked off and should have been. When I told the attendant that there were many dings and scratches, she just told me to mark them off on the diagram but she should have really come out of the booth since she was not serving any customers at that point, and should have gone over the condition of the car with us.
