Service attitude was acceptable, but the cost was nearly double the booking price, which I don't understand. Additionally, the Air China website claims you can accumulate miles with HERTZ car rentals, but HERTZ denied this. I also don't understand why.
They carefully check the driver's license and notarized documents, making the procedures quick and convenient. Important matters are specially emphasized. The car had been driven for 70,000 kilometers and had noticeable scratches on one side that hadn't been repaired, so it's hard to evaluate.
The actual rental price was more than what QEEQ quoted. This order was over 1000 RMB more expensive. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to argue and just paid it.
A trustworthy big company. Probably due to the National Day holiday, the car we got had already driven 50,000 kilometers. However, we still successfully completed our trip.
The staff at the airport counter were very nice. Since we had previously contacted QEEQ, we requested a Ford Focus. When we arrived at the counter, they immediately provided us with a new Ford Focus with just over 20,000 kilometers. The vehicle's performance was excellent, including strong air conditioning and great hill-climbing ability. Overall, it was a very good car rental experience.
It's right inside the airport, very convenient. I booked and paid online, and the counter processed the paperwork quickly. Set the address beforehand, otherwise it might be hard to find when returning the car. The car wasn't new, but it performed well; all functions were working fine. Any damage was clearly marked, so check the slip carefully. The deposit didn't come with a receipt. They said it would be refunded to the credit card after returning the car, but it hasn't been refunded yet. The deposit was 200 New Zealand dollars.
Renting a car through QEEQ is cheaper compared to other websites. Herts vehicles are a bit expensive, but the condition of the cars is good. The iroad navigation system borrowed for free from QEEQ is terrible, constantly needing to reset after parking and useless at critical moments. I always had to resort to using Google Maps on my phone. Having paid the shipping fee for this device feels like a waste. If there had been a rental fee for this navigation system, it would have been a complete regret. This is by far the worst navigation system I've ever used.
