Not far from the train station, a bit hard to find, but most rental companies are nearby.

The return staff's attitude was average, but the pickup process was okay.

Not bad. They ran out of the small car I booked, so they gave me a free upgrade to a large SUV. I got a good deal.

Quite a satisfying driving experience

Firstly, the pickup address didn't match the one provided in the order. It was supposed to be 74, but it was actually 100, which cost us half an hour. Secondly, the first car they gave us was broken. The rental company handed me the keys, and when I went to the garage to collect the car from the intermediary, I found it was broken. The intermediary didn't care, so I had to walk 300 meters back to the rental company to get a replacement car, which took another hour. Lastly, after admitting the car issue and apologizing for their service attitude, the new car had only 6 liters of fuel when it should have had a full tank of 52 liters. When returning the car, they refused to refund the fuel difference, implying it was my bad luck to get a broken car. Seriously?

The staff couldn't clearly and directly answer questions, mistakenly handled my return process, and called me hours after I had already returned the car to ask if I had done so.

Not many people, the pickup was pretty fast.

The provided car had engine oil problems and a warning light turned on. The low beams didn't work at all. I had to fix it myself. Also, the windshield washer reservoir was leaking; it emptied quickly after refilling. Compared to Hertz, the car's condition was much worse.

The service was normal and the procedures were relatively convenient. There was no aggressive upselling. When returning the car, they just took a quick look. The location was fairly easy to find.

The storefront was very small, it took me a long time to find it on Google Satellite.

The staff was quite efficient, and the process was completed without much delay. Both picking up and returning the car were very simple. Since I was unfamiliar with the model I picked up, I asked the staff for help, and they patiently explained it to me.

A very unsatisfactory rental experience. Nothing was clearly explained when we rented the car, which resulted in us spending nearly two thousand yuan renting the car for two days. Besides the rental fee, we were charged an additional 600 yuan when returning the car. This included full insurance and parking fees for returning early. What's more frustrating is that even though we confirmed a full tank when returning, the next day at the office, they claimed the tank was not full and charged us about 15 euros for gas plus a 20 euro service fee! And they didn't provide any receipt for the refueling. I will never rent from this company again!

Overall, it's fine. Italians might seem a bit reserved, but once you start a conversation, especially about soccer, they can get quite enthusiastic.
